What Is L'Oreal Face Primer?
L'Oreal face primer is a cream that can be worn under foundation, moisturizer, concealer, eyeshadow or other cosmetic to give the appearance of smoother skin.
Primers are designed to help your makeup stay in place longer and minimize the appearance of pores and blemishes with a kind of "blurred" result. How to Use L'Oreal Primer
L'Oreal primer comes in one of two main forms: a jar or container and a squeeze tube. In either case, place a small amount of the primer on your clean hands. A pea-sized amount is usually enough to cover the face completely, but you may need more or less depending on your skin type.
Spread a thin layer of the primer on your skin, so it settles in evenly for a uniformly blurred appearance. If the primer feels wet or cool, allow it to dry before you move on to the next part of your makeup routine.
How to Apply L'Oreal Primer
When applying L'Oreal face primer, start with a small amount on the tips of your fingers as mentioned above. Starting on the cheeks and working outward, apply the primer in a circular motion. Hit spots such as the T-zone and under the eyes, so your makeup may go on more smoothly in those areas.
If you don't want to use your hands to apply primer, another option is to use a makeup sponge. If you use a sponge, dab the primer onto your face lightly, then use the sponge to dab the face primer into the skin. This motion helps the primer settle into the pores for an even appearance.
