Absolutely love the chocolate oatmeal boobie bars! They are delicious and I literally look forward to eating one every morning. These have helped me keep up healthy nutrition without skipping meals or reaching for unhealthy snacks/fast food. So yummy and effective!
My supply tanked after one night of skipping nursing / pumping sessions and I started eating one of these bars a day in the morning, and after a week I was back to pumping more than I ever had on a daily basis. From 2-4 oz normally, to 4-6 oz per session. They taste sooo good too, I have to keep my toddler daughter from eating them haha!
