See directions below. Socks Instructions:
Start with the sock right-side up. (Not inside out) Insert your hand into the back & reach for the heel pocket
Grasp the heel pocket with you fingers. Lower the band of the sock downward towards the toe cap.
Continue to pull the band down until the inside of the heel pocket is exposed.
With both hands grasp each side of the sock near the exposed heel pocket and stretch the sock wide.
Place your foot into the sock until your toes meet the toe cap.
With both hands grasp each side of the sock top band & pull the band up and over your ankle, and then over the calf.
The sock top band should reach below the knee. The compression sock should be smooth & evenly distributed without any creases, twists or folds.
Helpful hints:
Put your compression socks on the first thing in the morning before your legs swell
Make sure your legs are dry
Do not use lotion on your legs before putting on your compression socks. (If you use lotion, you should apply the night before bed)
Powdering your legs may help

Copper fit should provide compression but not so tight that it restricts circulation. Please consult a physician if you are experiencing pain or swelling. Wash product prior to use. Tight fitting garments can cause heat rash or other skin conditions especially when hot and sweaty. Discontinue use if rash develops. If these symptoms occur, discontinue use, and consult a physician. This Product also contains menthol and thyme oil. Do not use if you are or may be allergic to either menthol of thyme oil. This product should not be used by persons under the age of eighteen without parental consent. This product should not be used by women who are pregnant or nursing. Keep this product out of reach of children. If a skin reaction to the topical occurs immediately discontinue use and seek physician care.
