Filling the 4-A-Day Weekly Pill Planner: Fill your 4-A-Day Weekly Pill Planner once a week, with each day divided into four compartments corresponding to medication times. Carefully read the instructions on medication bottles and place the appropriate pills, one at a time, in the corresponding compartments for each day and time. Only tablets or capsules for swallowing should be placed in the pill planner; it is not suitable for liquids or suppositories. If assistance is needed, consult your pharmacist or physician. Taking Medications from the 4-A-Day Weekly Pill Planner: Open the lid of the designated compartment and turn the pill planner upside down to remove the pills. An empty compartment indicates that the medications for that time period have been taken. Prescription Information: An enclosed label can be attached to the back of the planner for organizing medication details, including names, dosages, number of tablets, prescribed times, and the prescribing physician's name. Care Instructions: The top of the pill planner pops off for easy cleaning and is top-rack dishwasher safe. To remove the top, open the lids for morning and noon compartments, lift the Sunday morning and Sunday noon lids until they touch, hold both lids together, and pull upward to remove one top section. Repeat this process on the opposite side using the lids for Sunday evening and Sunday bedtime. To replace the top, turn the sections upside down and match the ribs on the underside with the corresponding spaces between two rows of compartments in the base, ensuring that the tabs are in the center. Press firmly along the length of the section until the ribs are securely in place and all the lids close properly. Repeat these steps to replace the afternoon/evening section.
