Their enhanced grip technology has been shown to reduce snoring so you and your partner can finally get a good night's sleep. These strips are drug-free and one size fits most people.They are not made with natural rubber latex, so you don't have to worry about having an allergic reaction to the strips. These strips can also give you temporary relief from any symptoms of nasal congestion because of a cold. But don't think you have to use them only while sleeping. If nasal congestion is bothering you throughout the day, you can use these strips to breathe easier while you're at work, school or even working out at the gym. These nasal strips use 4-touch technology and they gently open your nasal passages using four different touch points. To use, all you need to do wash your nose first with soap and water. Make sure it is completely dry or the strips won't stick as well. Center the strip over the bridge of your nose and then press and hold it down for 30 seconds. Please don't use these nasal strips if your skin is irritated and/or sunburned. Limit your use to no more than 12 hours per day.
