Acetaminophen 500 mg temporarily relieves minor aches and pains due to the common cold, headache, backache, minor pain of arthritis, toothache, muscular aches, and premenstrual and menstrual cramps. It also temporarily reduces fever. Easy to swallow caplets. It may be a pain reliever and fever reducer for adults and children 12 years and over. Compared to Extra Strength Tylenol active ingredient, use CVS Health Extra Strength Acetaminophen 500 mg to reduce fever temporarily. Fast-acting headache and fever relief. Pain may begin with an injury or illness but could also originate from a bad mattress to arthritis. Acute pain acts as an alarm, such as with a bee sting or stubbing your toe, and can last for a few moments or longer. Eligible for HSA/FSA

    See the full list of product ingredients on the product label. Active Ingredient (In Each Tablet): Acetaminophen (500 mg). Inactive Ingredients: Fd&C Yellow 10, Fd&C Red 40, Fd&C Yellow 6, Polyethylene Glycol, Polyvinyl Alcohol, Povidone, Starch, Stearic Acid, Sucralose, Talc, Titanium Dioxide.

    Adults and Children 12 Years and over Take 2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours as needed
    Do not take more than 6 tablets in 24 hours
    Children Under 12 Years: Do not use this adults product in children under 12 years of age
    this will provide more than the recommended dose (overdose) of non-aspirin and could cause serious health problems
    Store at controlled room temperature 59-86 degrees F (15-30 degrees C)
    See warnings below. Alcohol Warning: If you consume three or more alcoholic drinks every day, ask your doctor whether you should take acetaminophen or other pain relievers/fever reducers. Acetaminophen may cause liver damage
    Do not use any other product containing acetaminophen
    Stop use and ask a doctor if new symptoms occur
