When your head throbs and your body aches, CVS Health™ Extra Strength Headache Relief Caplets can help you to experience a welcome respite from your cold and pain symptoms. To ease the tension that can build throughout your body, these caplets utilize 250 mg of acetaminophen as well as 250 mg of the NSAID aspirin to work as pain relievers. From headaches to toothaches, muscle strains to sinusitis, Extra Strength Headache Relief Caplets can deliver soothing support, and with 65 mg of caffeine in every caplet, your pain relief can begin to work more quickly. It can help alleviate monthly premenstrual and menstrual cramps. HSA/FSA eligible
Active pain reliever ingredients: 250 mg acetaminophen, 250 mg aspirin (NSAID) per caplet
Active pain reliever aid ingredient: 65 mg caffeine per caplet
Can offer temporary relief of minor aches and pains due to a cold, headache, arthritis, muscular strains, sinusitis, toothache, premenstrual and menstrual cramps
Suitable for children and those ages 12 years and older
    Acetaminophen 250 mg, Aspirin 250 mg, Caffeine 65 mg. Please see the full list of product ingredients on the product label.

    Drink a full glass of water with each dose
    Adults and children 12 years and over: take 2 caplets every 6 hours
    do not take more than 8 caplets in 24 hours
    Children under 12 years: do not use unless directed by a doctor
    See warnings below. Warning: Avoid using this product if you have or are recovering from chicken pox or flu-like symptoms. Consult a doctor if you notice behavior changes, nausea, or vomiting, as these may indicate Reye's syndrome, a rare but serious illness.
    Caution: Aspirin can trigger severe allergic reactions, including hives, facial swelling, shock, and asthma. Consult your doctor regarding alcohol consumption and aspirin use. It may cause stomach bleeding. Avoid if allergic to aspirin.
    Ask a doctor before use if you have: asthma
    ulcers
    stomach problems (such as heartburn, upset stomach or stomach pain) that persist or recur
    bleeding problems
    Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are taking a prescription drug for anticoagulation (blood thinning), gout, diabetes or arthritis
    Stop use and ask a doctor if: an allergic reaction occurs. Seek medical help right away
    new symptoms occur
    pain gets worse or lasts more than ten days
    redness or swelling is present
    ringing in the ears or loss of hearing occurs
    Pregnancy and breastfeeding caution: Consult a healthcare professional before using. Avoid using aspirin during the last 3 months of pregnancy unless directed by a doctor, as it may cause issues in the unborn child or complications during delivery
    Keep out of the reach of children. In case of an overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away
