CVS Health Sterile Acti-Bacterial Non-Stick Pads

*Antibacterial Non-Stick Pads contain PHMB that kills bacteria within the pads, like methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), and the barrier properties of the pad may help to reduce infections. CVS Health Sterile Antibacterial Non-Stick Pads are wound pads that are designed to cushion and protect cuts, scrapes, abrasions and minor burns. These pads contain poly hexamethylene and biguanide (PHMB) 0.2%. These ingredients kill certain bacteria such as methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) and Staph within the pad. These pads will not stick to skin, staples, sutures, or other adhesive wound closures. There are durable layers on these pads that work together to protect your wound with a middle layer that absorbs leakage. Both sides have a non-stick film to make application and removal easier. Increased pain
Fever

See directions below. Gently clean the wound using a gauze pad with mild soap and water. Carefully dry the affected area and apply medication if needed (not included).
Carefully cover the wound with an Antibacterial Non-Stick Pad* to help absorb fluid.
Secure pad with rolled gauze, cover net or tape (not included).
