Organic lactose, organic nonfat milk, organic high oleic sunflower oil, organic soybean oil, organic whey protein concentrate, organic coconut oil, less than 2% of: organic soy lecithin, calcium carbonate, potassium citrate, calcium phosphate, ferrous sulfate, folic acid, vitamin D3, vitamin B12, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, magnesium phosphate, choline bitartrate, calcium ascorbate, inositol, d-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, zinc sulfate, niacinamide, calcium pantothenate, biotin, vitamin A, thiamine hydrochloride, copper sulfate, riboflavin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, sodium selenate, manganese sulfate, phylloquinone.

Wash hands, bottle, feeding utensils, and surfaces with soap and water. Using chart, pour desired amount of water into clean bottle. Add powder using 1 unpacked, level scoop (8.5g) for each 2 fl oz of water.

shake well until powder is dissolved. Discard unrefrigerated formula after 1 hour.

Use as directed by a physician. Never use the microwave to warm formula. Serious burns can result. Prepared formula needs to be fed immediately after preparation or refrigerated within 1 hour after mixing. Discard leftover baby formula after feeding. Powdered formulas are not sterile and should not be fed to an infant diagnosed with immune problems unless directed and supervised by a healthcare professional. Ask your baby’s doctor about the need to use cooled, boiled water for mixing and the need to boil (sterilize) bottles, nipples, and rings before use. If using tap water, bring to a rolling boil for one minute and cool for no more than 30 minutes. Storage: Immediately store prepared formula in a sealed container in the refrigerator and use it within 24 hours. Cover opened formula can and store in a cool, dry place and use within 1 month. Store unopened cans at room temperature. Avoid extreme temperatures.
