For cold therapy, simply place the FreezeSleeve inside of the provided bag or any resealable bag in the freezer for a minimum of 2 hours. Our compression design locks the cold in for deep penetration to the treated area.
HEAT THERAPY Helps ease muscle &tendon soreness, loosen tight muscle, relieve aches, &more. To heat, remove your FreezeSleeve from the storage bag & microwave for 30 seconds, then hold it firmly against the skin. FreezeSleeve should feel warm to the touch, not hot.

the black threading should be at the bottom. Sleeves are interchangeable between arms/legs. Use the measurement guide for proper fit around your treatment area. If in between sizes, it is recommended that you order the larger size.

Hydra-Gel

Always store your FreezeSleeve in the provided resealable and recyclable bag. Keep the unit in the sealed bag when storing in the freezer or anytime it is not being used. Your FreezeSleeve will stay flexible when frozen. Store the FreezeSleeve in the freezer for a minimum of 2 hours before use.Cold therapy will last 15-20 minutes providing recovery of aching muscles & joints.When applying the end with sewn in label goes DOWN!Cold Therapy - Store in the freezer for a minimum of 2 hours. Product may be left in the freezer indefinitely until ready to use. It will remain flexible when frozen. Remove the product prior to defrosting the freezer.Hot Therapy - To heat, remove your FreezeSleeve" from the storage bag. Microwave for 30 seconds, then hold your FreezeSleeve firmly against the skin. Your FreezeSleeve should feel warm to the touch not HOT. Reheat in 10 second increments until desired temperature is reached. All microwaves vary, adjust times accordingly. Due to variations in microwaves, it may be necessary to adjust temperature and time settings. These instructions are based on a 1100W microwave, if you are using a higher powered microwave, then you will need to reduce the heating time.Do not get your FreezeSleeve wet! the gel will absorb water and swell. If the product becomes damp, lay it on a flat surface and allow it to fully air dry before continuing use. Do not use wet towels under the gel.How To Clean - To clean, use a damp cloth to mildly rub the outer layer of fabric. Allow the sleeve to completely air dry before putting it back into the freezer.
