Wash hands before use. Open pouch, remove pads, and peel off protective film backing. Apply gel side to breast, covering the nipple, and smooth into place. Wear up to 4 hours. Remove pads and rinse breast with water before breastfeeding. Replace pad as needed to maintain cooling therapy.
