Easy-to-follow wear instructions inside the package. Fitting Futuro Stockings: Measure the circumference of the upper thigh at the line of the bottom of the buttocks. For thigh-length stockings do not apply over 25 inches. Measure around the circumference of the calf at the widest point to determine the size (Medium Short: 12-15 inches; Medium Regular: 12-15 inches; Large Regular: 15-17-1/2 inches). 3. Measure the distance from the bottom of the heel (in a standing position, if possible) to the lime of the bottom of the buttocks to determine the length (Medium Short: 25-29 inches; Medium Regular: 29-33 inches; Large Regular: 29-33 inches). Futuro Stocking Precautions: Proper sizing and application must be assured. Care: To ensure stockings last as long as possible, launder after every three days of use. Keep the stockings free from substances like ointments, oils, and lanolin which could deteriorate elasticity. Machine-wash in warm (not hot) water on a gentle cycle using mild detergent. Air dry. Do not bleach, tumble dry, dry clean, or iron.
