Genexa Kids’ Multi-Symptom Cold & Stuffy Nose is real medicine, made clean – Helps temporarily relieve cough, relieve stuffy nose, relieve chest congestion and helps thin and loosen mucus. ​ This oral suspension contains 5 mg of dextromethorphan HBr, 100 mg of guaifenesin and 2.5 mg of Phenylephrine HCI per 5 mL to help temporarily relieve children's chest congestion and nasal congestion​​

Symptoms may include:• skin reddening • blisters • rash If a skin reaction occurs, stop use and seek medical help right away.Sore throat warning: if sore throat is severe, persists for more than 2 days, is accompanied or followed by fever, headache, rash, nausea, or vomiting, consult a doctor promptly.Do not use• with any other drug containing acetaminophen (prescription or nonprescription).
