This product dries quickly and offers a smooth finish, so your nails look stunning. Pop-arazzi nail polish is not tested on animals, paraben and phthalate free, vegan and gluten-free, so you can let your personality pop. Free from formaldehyde, formaldehyde resin, DBP, toluen, and Camphor

    Shine, seal, and protect with one coat of Poparazzi Top Coat Nail Treatment, pulling it over the tips of the nails
