See directions below. Unfasten closures
Slip wrist under spandex insert and make certain thumb is inserted in opening
Position brace so palmar stay is centered on bottom of wrist
Place two straps through the loop locks and fasten, starting with lower strap
Re-adjust for a conforming fit
Cut hook straps to remove excess length if necessary
