Active ingredients (in each 10 mL = 2 teaspoonfuls): Dextromethorphan HBr., USP: 20 mg. Purpose: Cough Suppressant. Inactive Ingredients: ammonium glycyrrhizate, citric acid, clear cherry-strawberry flavor, glycerin, hydroxyethylcellulose, menthol, methyl-paraben, potassium benzoate, propyl-paraben, propylene glycol, purified water.

AGE DOSE: Adults and children 12 years and over 2 tsp (=10 mL) every 4 hours. Children under 12 years, DO NOT USE. See directions below. Do not take more than 6 doses in any 24-hour period.
