Shower and bath scrubber
I like the long handle but it does tend to twist and close up when scrubbing with pressure. Bath Scrubber Review
I was very excited about this product as I have trouble bending to clean the tub like I want to. The pad itself does great, has super scrubbing power, but when I tried to use it with the handle, it popped off where the pad connects to the handle. There are 2 plastic do-dads that you can pop the handle back in to. Unfortunately, one of them broke off about the second or third time I tried to use a little pressure in order to scrub. I don't know if you are just not supposed to scrub/use any pressure or what, but I could not the use this with the handle after it broke. Duct-taping it back together was no good either. I hated wasting the money for this! GREAT FOR PEOPLE WITH MOBILITY DISABILITIES
Being an amputee, washing my tub was always a super major chore. Not being able to kneel down on the floor and scrub the inside of the tub anymore since my amputation is above the knee, it meant my falling to the floor and twisting my body while trying to balance sitting upright and scrubbing the tub. However, today while shopping in my local supermarket, I came across this product and thought I'd give it a try. Came home, put the groceries away, got out the scouring powder and this Shower & Tub Scrubber and was thrilled beyond belief with the results! Not only did it do a wonderful job of scrubbing and cleaning, but the telescoping handle was exactly what I needed to reach all the while sitting in my chair. Scotch Brite Shower and Bath Scrubber is superb!
I have been very pleased with results when using this scrubber. The only thing that I don't like about it is that the replacement scrubbing pads are very difficult to find. So, I have had to reuse the scrubbing pad more times than I would prefer. Great for other things too!
I have problems with my back and have a hard time bending over to reach the back wall of my oven to clean. When I saw this I thought "Why not try it?" Well, I love it! I spray the oven cleaner in and let it work, then I use the scrubbing pad to get the stubborn stuff off. Then I wrap a clean damp cloth around the scrubber to rinse off the oven cleaner. It couldn't be easier. Made short work of a grubby tub!
I LOVE this product! I avoid cleaning the tub til it is nearly unbearable, but now I'm almost EXCITED to clean it because the job was so easy! I had a telescopic wand issue too, but I think it was because I was scrubbing too hard.
