Wake Program: 6: 45 am - 15 minutes before the set alarm time the lamp begins to play. 6: 52 am - As the wake-up time approaches, the lamp becomes brighter and the audio louder. 7: 00 am - At the wake-up time, the lamp and sound are at the highest level selected. Sleep Program 9: 45 pm - Choose your sleep cycle by selecting 5, 15, 30 or 60 minutes. 9: 52 pm - As the sleep cycle progresses, the light becomes dimmer. 10: 00 pm - The light turns off when the sleep cycle is complete. Fall Asleep and Wake to a Calming Array of Light... Simulate natural sunrise/sunset with light that diminishes as you fall asleep and increases as you wake. In addition to Natural Spectrum white light, with Calming Colors illumination, you can fall asleep and wake up to a blend of 250 soothing colors or choose your favorite one. Then, add a Soothing Natural Soundscape. If desired, add FM radio or one of five custom soundscapes, including two with accompanying music, to your wake and sleep program.
