TO APPLY: 1. WASH & CLEAN nose with soap & water, DRY completely. REMOVE liner & avoid touching adhesive. 2. CENTER nasal strip on nose. 3. PRESS & HOLD for 30 seconds. TO REMOVE: 1. WET nasal strip with warm water. 2. GENTLY lift both ends & remove slowly to minimize risk of injury. DISPOSE of used nasal strip. Relieves Nighttime Nasal Congestion. Do not exceed 25°C. For single use only. Not intended to treat Sleep Apnea.

For external use over intact skin only, do not use on irritated or sunburned skin, or over sores. Do not leave on skin for more than 12 hours per day.
