  • *FOR RX DELIVERY: Delivery is available for eligible prescription drug orders with qualifying prescription benefit programs and insurance plans. Order cutoff times may vary by delivery option and pharmacy location. 1 to 2 day delivery is available only on orders placed Monday through Thursday. Delivery may be subject to delays. For same-day delivery Mondays through Fridays, orders must be submitted by 4 PM or four hours prior to store closing to receive delivery the same day that the order is placed. For same-day delivery Saturdays or Sundays, orders must be submitted by 2 PM or four hours prior to store closing. For customers in Manhattan, same-day delivery orders must be placed by 11 AM for delivery by 4 PM or by 4 PM for delivery by 8 PM. Not all delivery options are available to every address. Not all pharmacy locations provide delivery (including certain CVS Pharmacy®, CVS Pharmacy at Target, CarePlus CVS Pharmacy® and Navarro® locations). Delivery fees apply and may vary by delivery option and location. Coupons, ExtraBucks Rewards® or in-store promotions with delivery may not be used with delivery orders. Online promotions cannot be used nor ExtraBucks Rewards earned with orders called into stores. Advance payment by credit, debit, health savings account (HSA) or flexible spending account (FSA) card required. In most cases, HSA/FSA cards may not be used for delivery fees.   • *FOR DETAILS ON MOST CVS CUSTOMERS SPEND JUST $10 PER MONTH ON PRESCRIPTIONS: $10 reflects consumer out-of-pocket cost (including treating 90 day prescriptions as three 30 day prescriptions) and does not include the cost of prescription insurance.

  • *FOR REWARDS AT THE PHARMACY: You must enroll in the ExtraCare® program, sign the Privacy Authorization and opt in for rewards at the pharmacy to earn ExtraBucks Rewards® for pharmacy activities. An individual can earn up to $50 ExtraBucks Rewards in a calendar year. You will receive $2 ExtraBucks Rewards when you accumulate 4 credits. Check terms and conditions for details or ask a CVS® pharmacy team member for a copy.
