I had been on the hunt for something to keep my lips smooth and last a while, especially over night...and this does it! Even when I wake I have some left on my lips. This formula is not waxy or way too thick, it's just enough to soothe and protect your lips for the perfect pout! A dual tip that I do that works just perfect for me. First I apply a layer of Blistex ointment to give my lips (what I call) a drink of water and let that sit for about 30 secs or so , so it penetrates into my lips quickly. Then I follow it with this, the Aquaphor Lip repair. Omg, to me this is the perfect combo for really getting that hydration and absorption from the Blistex, and then furthering it with the Aquaphor. Definitely my go-to, and especially for bed time. Love this stuff!!!! If you really want to keep your lips, buttery and silky smooth I would also exfoliate your lips before applying both ;0). But caution to those who have VERY dry cracked/bleeding lips...I would encourage you not to do the exfoliation until your lips are able to tolerate it. Just use the Aquaphor alone soothes them and applying the Blistex before the Aquaphor... you will wake with soft, healthy and smooth lips!!!
