I bought this because it was on sale and I've never had a problem with CVS brand products before. I should also say that I don't normally leave reviews, so the fact that I'm writing this right now speaks VOLUMES. This stuff is PAINFUL. What, I ask you, is the point of eye make up remover that makes you weep copiously like you're watching Jack Dawson sink to the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean for the 28397th time? And it's not just your eyes that sting, even your SKIN is stinging like you've poured lemon juice on a papercut. Also, it does nothing, NOTHING, to remove waterproof makeup. So there you are, red-eyed and tearing like you're a 1D fan reliving the pain of Zayn Malik's announcement that he's leaving the band, but at least your mascara is still perfect BECAUSE IT HASN'T RUBBED OFF AT ALL. Burn my eyes

Terrible!!
It barely removes makeup and makes my eyes BURN!! CVS has another oil free remover that's awesome! This junk is terrible.i returned it!! I only use white towels and it's ruined all my towels!! Uggh! Awful

Great for sensitive skin
While waterproof mascara can be a challenge, this is a terrific remover for every day makeup. When using waterproof or those new long-lasting eye shadows, just gently wash your face and eye area first. Any remainder should come off more easily with this remover. Does not remove all makeup.
I use the other CVS eye makeup remover in the purple bottle and it works so much better! This doesn't get it all off and I have to use a tissue to try and get mor off and rubbing alcohol to get more. Awesome
Not sure what kind of mascara the person with the negative review was using (waterproof?) but I love this stuff. It's just like the L'Oreal but cheaper! Removes all my eye makeup easily and without any greasy feeling. Been using it for years and plan to continue!0 users found this review helpful.
