Pumped up workout
This is the first time I had tried Whey Protein from Body Fortress. The 52g of prptein on their label caught my attention. It appeared to be an excellent value for the price. Directions suggest consuming immediately after workout. I mixed the drink..which dissolves very easily in water...with great flavor...and consumed before heading to the gym. During my workout, my muscles were getting a rock solid pump. Something other Protein products have not delivered. I also drink a shake first thing in the morning and one before bedtime to fuel my muscles. I am no means a pro body builder...but an avg 50 yr old guy who stands 5'10, weighs 186 lbs and who wants to achieve the best shape he can. I started an exercise program in Dec. My trainer recommended Body Fortress Whey Protein. My first reaction was that this stuff is really good. Great Breakfast.
