Love Striped Option
I think today's index cards, on the whole, are much flimsier than they used to be even 10 yrs ago, which I find extremely frustrating. BUT (unlike the other customer's comment), I found these Caliber brand index cards to have much better paper quality than anything else I've found. Granted, it's still a little on the bendable side/not like sturdier card stock, but the paper quality is smooth & solid - in other words, not so porous/course that your lead pencil crumbles away as if you were writing on sand paper like all the other brands I've purchased - even Mead. These also give colored & white alternating lines which really comes in handy for me. As a Writer, I find it's easiest to jot down my ideas on index cards & I use these striped cards for character names in the colored area like a hi-lighter. My only complaint - I just wish they made both the solid color cards & striped color cards in ALL sizes. I really need them in 5x4 & 8x5, too, but unfortunately, they don't manufacture them.0 users found this review helpful. - JBlixReviewed 13 years ago
Too flimsy
Whoever decided CVS should carry these index cards from Caliber should revisit the decision. These cards are much thinner and flimsier than any index card I have ever used. They're horrible.0 users found this review helpful.
