Works very well
My doctor told me to use this when I had a severe sinus infection and specifically told me to get the store generic brand. I've never used the brand name, but it did work as promised; helped to clear up my nasal congestion and did not drip. Only used for 3 days per my doctor's instructions.

This product has only one problem
Unfortunately my husband uses these to excess, so we buy A LOT OF IT. And the newest design of the pump does not work. We have to buy an Afrin brand and refill that pump. And the stem doesn't reach to the bottom so there is a lot of time spent emptying into new bottles
