My daughter was at Summer Camp and tripped and fell over a hidden tree stump. She severely injured her ankle. Xray showed it wasnt broken, and she was prescribed Advil, Ice. elevation and Ace bandage. I found this and thought it looked like a good idea. Once I put it on her, I thought it was a GREAT idea! Because she was overcompensating her other ankle was swollen as well. Im going back to get another one for the other ankle!
