    The best

Ringworm can be hard to treat, as it spreads very readily and will come back if you don't get rid of it completely. To me products with clotrimazole work the best, but they can be slow to work. Lotrimin, for example, will very gradually produce results, and you'll need to use it twice/day for at least a month. I reluctantly bought the CVS generic version of it because they were out of Lotrimin, and to my surprise, the stuff was amazing! It greatly reduced the ringworm rash literally overnight, and cured it completely in less than a week. it's much better than Lotrimin, or any other brand that I've tried.
