CVS has finally improved upon the Protective Cover. The old style would tear to easily! The new cover is now dark blue with a black mesh! A great improvement on the quality! I have been using this cold pack for over a year and its still going strong! I bought two so that I can always have one ready to go. Pliable gel pack

Excellent
The CVS Cold Pack can be frozen and refrozen almost endlessly. They last for a year and sometimes two before they start to leak a blue ooze. I carry a cooler in my car to stop swelling from an old surgery constantly and they hold the cold longer than most.
