After 2 abdominal surgeries in less than a year, things were not working so well and after my Dr. recommended a probiotic daily, I tried a well known brand that was way too expensive to keep up. After speaking to a CVS pharmacist I purchased the CVS Probiotic Caplets and have been on them daily for about 6 months and things are definitely better when I take them. I forgot to toss them into my bag this summer when we went on a 2 week vacation and gosh did I regret not having them.
