    Didn't stay on

The strips did heat up a little but would not stay in place. Cannot recommend buying this product.

    Does NOT Stick!

After having stabbing shoulder pain all day I was desperately looking forward to using one of these to relax before bed. It did NOT stick. Not even once. It immediately fell off and then the 'sticky' part wouldn't even grip my finger. I actually tried taping it to my body because I was so desperate for pain relief but even that didn't work because it was too heavy. EXTREMELY disappointed. Now I have twice the pain from the money lost and my shoulder getting no relief.

    They are fine.

They produce a bit less heat than the comparable Thermacare wraps, which we consider to be an advantage. The sticky sections on either end are usually adequate to hold the pad in place. We buy these ten boxes at a time.

    Terrible

Unfortunately, there is no way to rate a product zero stars, so I suppose it gets one by default. Item is nearly as expensive as the name brand, but does not actually warm up at all. No heat, no help, overpriced. Pony up for the real one.

    Avoid it at all costs!

The design for this neck heatwrap is really poor. The sticky areas are tiny, on each side of the product and totally fail at keeping the heatwrap in place. It basically cannot be used, so avoid it and look for other brands.

    Horrible!!!

I woke up this morning with a very painful stiff neck and decided buy a heatwrap. I usually use ThermaCare because I know the brand and know that it works, but the CVS brand was almost $3.00 less. My decision to give the CVS brand a try was the worst mistake ever. While the product heated up, it did not get as hot as ThermaCare's and the sticky tabs did not work AT ALL!!!! I type all day. My neck and shoulders don't move much. I also answer phones. This obviously takes more movement. Whether I was moving or not, every few minutes I would have to press the sticky tabs down, which only caused more aggravation to my already sore neck! I WILL NEVER BUY THIS PRODUCT EVER AGAIN!!!

Improve the Product or Stop Selling it!

This product is terrible. The adhesive is only on each side and doesn't stick. I tried using surgical tape to make it stay in place and that didn't work. I ended up throwing it away.

"stoopidest" thing i have ever purchased

"stoopidest" thing i have ever purchased. Its aggrivating and hilarious at the same time.. Theres 1 inch on one side that is adhesive and another inch on ther other side, well.. our bodies are not a flat surface, right? so theres tons of air in between the body and the non-sticky middle of the thing !!!! it raises up like an umbrella or somehting, so its nothing heating up anything!!! i felt retarted for buying this.. I tried changing its position, then it lost its stickiness and i threw it accross the room... I will buy something else tomorrow, back in my country there is salonpas or something like thatm which the entire pad is adhesive, makes more sense right? good luck all
