I have used the small size jar for a few onthsand like the product because it has no flavor and mixes in everything. BUT, I just bought the largw size (245g) and when I opened the sealed jar it was less than 50% full! I know some products "settle" but this is a powder! I call that deceptive product packaging. The contents of the large would actually just fill the small pkg. This is an excellent product

Will order again
I am without legs in a wheel chair. I first found this product at a small CVS located in a local clinic. When that was nearly gone I went on line trying to locate more since I cannot drive, or get out at will. I found CVS on line and ordered three more. Take it every day for it to work the best--try not to skip a day or you may have to play "catch up" with your regularity. It mixes best in thin liquid. In thicker liquids or hot things, it can lump up, so if you may want to dissolve it in a little bit of water or thin liquid before stirring it into a thick or hot food. Great product for celiac, crohns!
CVS thank you so much for offering a GLUTEN FREE, gentle fiber. I have celiac and crohns and was looking for a corn based fiber as I cannot take other soluble fibers on the market. I am so grateful to be able to find this product at your stores. Please keep making as there are many of us out here with celiac who struggle to find gluten free products. The other fibers like this are made from wheat dextrin and not recommended for celiac. This fiber works, is very gentle to a crohns patient and causes no stomach upset or bloating.
