Yes, I recommendThomas123Reviewed 8 years ago:) after trying 20 billion swisse and ultimate flora, this one works just as well.
it's the 10 strands and how the capsule delivers, the 3 billion works as 'effectively' for me as the 20 billion swisse and ultimate flora. however, you have to know which strands are important, the swisse for me worked better, than flora but the flora i had taken was limited in it's hay day due to the types of strands. after just one day on this cvs 3 billion 10 strand vegetable product, i was feeling the same as the 20 billion strand swisse..could totally tell, and it was effective immediately. guess you have to determine by your colon and digestive system, but it's true that the more strands and if *if* you can find them unique, and how they are delivered, works well. and it's only been a day for one capsule for me! ~peace thomas :)0 users found this review helpful.
