Helps with Hot Flashes
This is the best. If I miss a day I feel it. I start right back up with the hot flashes again. I cannot live without this. My hot flashes are gone. I have been taking it for about 2 years now.0 users found this review helpful.

I've been using this product for 2 years now. I've tried a few others but always come back to this one. It helps me a lot with hot flashes. I do still have hot flashes but it would be 10 times worse without this! Your suppose to see results in a months time but if I remember right I saw it within the 1st 2 weeks of taking it. It works for me
I ran out of another brand and needed something quick since the Health food store said it would take 2 weeks. I did not want to throw off things and bought this. I was really surprised at the energy that returned and my depression got better! I now want to do things. I will keep taking it. I am not one to take pills, But if it helps I will.
