Wash and dry your foot (or hand) thoroughly. Slip the pad over the affected toe (or finger) so the gel is in direct contact with the affected area. Do not place this product over open wounds. Remove the pad for at least four hours daily to allow the skin to breathe. Before reusing, hand-wash the pad, let it air-dry, and sprinkle lightly with talcum powder (sold separately).
