I bought these in hopes that they would lessen the impact on my very painful corns - and these corn protectors delivered. My feet, in addition to having corns, have also recovered from broken toe bones. I love to hike, but started avoiding excess walking due to the pain from the corns. I put on these corn protectors, positioning the thick gel pad right over the painful corn, and was able to trek for 5-6 miles. They aren't perfect, but they work for me better than the corn protectors with gel on all sides of the inside of the protector tube. The thick pad cushions my corns, and my feet actually look better after wearing them for awhile. The elastic wears out faster on the side of the corn protector w/o the gel pad, but I'll gladly accept less product life for the additional comfort I receive. A+0 users found this review helpful.

CVS used to sell "corn protectors stretchable," which had FULL gel wrap. It didn't matter where you put the wrap on your toe. The best part, when you washed them, they didn't shrink up as the gel was all around. The present corn PADS are only on one area (which you position over your corn) but when you wash them, the elastic part (stretch fabric) has no support and, therefore, shrinks up to half it's size. PLEASE BRING BACK THE ORIGINALS. Buying the one that goes over the whole toe, which you can cut to size, is wasteful.0 users found this review helpful.
