I have dealt with motion sickness my entire 50+yrs of life, so I am very familiar with this kind of product. The traditional brand product always made me so sleepy I was miserable. The "name brand" of the product on this page makes me less sleepy but sometimes triggers migraines or odd sensation when taken. CVS version is very effective and doesn't trigger any of these reactions! I take two if I know I'm traveling for a full day or will be on "rocking" transportation (boat, train) and have never felt bad at all.
