Whether this product has the desired effect is yet to be determined but I feel compelled to comment on the "smooth dissolving" claim this product makes. Quite simply, it doesn't. I used twice as much water, stirred, stirred, and stirred some more. Thinking it was dissolved, I momentarily stepped away. When I returned the fiber had settled to the bottom creating a clear and distinct divide. I could literally spoon the wet fiber from the glass. I went to work trying to incorporate the two but to no avail. I drank the grainy concoction , chewed when necessary, and hoped the effort will prove worthwhile. The attached photo is 1/2 tsp. in 8 oz. of water. That's half the amount of fiber and you can see that it just doesn't dissolve.0 users found this review helpful.
