Each tablet is individually wrapped and are IMPOSSIBLE to open. My husband and I would have to work at it for a long time and try to open with scissors and/or knives! The paper is supposedly just supposed to peel off, but it doesn't and the pills do not pop out! Not recommended only because of poor packaging. P.S. I'm not an elderly female with arthritis or anything. I'm in my 40s.0 users found this review helpful.
