Really great while it lasts
The Peas line overall is really nice in that the packs conform easily to whatever body shape you put them on, while they're cold. This model, though, has some cut-outs to fit around the waist and sites that, eventually, split and release the little pea blobs. I wear it after exercising my back. Great to have strap to hold it tight to my lower back.

Disappointment
I have had the same problem as some other users, they break at the seams. I don't heat it, I only use them as ice packs. I have bought 3 and returned 2. I have one left now but I am sure it will go the way of the previous two. It is VERY expensive for what you are getting and it doesnt even last. When it breaks, peas go everywhere and they are not that easy to clean up because they roll around and then disintegrate. Convenient and effective

Great Idea, poor implementation
The ice pack is great in the fact that it is flexible and can be used as an ice pack or heated compress, but there is a serious problem with the type/thickness of the plastic exterior of this product. I have returned upwards of 8 ice packs because they break within the first 1-2 weeks of use. The problem is that the outer shell becomes brittle when frozen and can easily break when bent. The break always occurs at the point where the ice pack is designed to bend...so obviously this is a design flaw.0 users found this review helpful.
