Helps with leg and hand cramps ..

Had leg cramps ... I took this and now they occur rarely
The leg cramps were waking me up nightly. I had to stand and walk around to get them to loosen up. I started taking this supplement and after a week, the leg cramps are gone. Yes, they may occur now and then but it's rarely.0 users found this review helpful.
