Best product I found!
This product has 15 billion bifidobacterium per capsule. You will feel great taking a daily capsule. As we age we need to keep fiber and healthy bacteria going. This will do the trick!! And the best price of all products that I checked!0 users found this review helpful.

Before starting these my mom suffered periodic intestinal blockages. With these, she has had no problems for the last fourteen months. They are gentle, but effective and I also use them myself.
