The pad is large and the outer cover is comfortable. However the plastic interior core crinkles so badly after justa few uses it becomes impossible to use. The heat is inconsistent and I've used it where the two hour timer did not shut it off. Stick with the name brands. This is a waste of $40.0 users found this review helpful.
