    Cannot fix errors

It is a good product until you get error messages.

    Inaccurate Err1-5 Poor s/w & support

Huge range readings within 7min, all low per MD; throws Err1 & Err5 randomly; software user-surly to install or use; support either online or phone a bad joke if not so useless & annoying. Year-end-donation time

    not for small arms

Bought this so both of us could use it. My partner can, but I struggle and need help as it's so long it's almost impossible for me to wrap around my arm. It's also very wide for my short armpit to elbow length. Works fine on average arm, but would be easier to use if separate buttons for different functions.

    Inconsistant readings

Extremely slight variations in cuff tightness when putting on, alignment of the cuff both above the elbow and in rotation, and upon repeated measurements yield WIDELY varying readings. It is inaccurate and non-repeatable.

    Very good product

I have only used the product once so far. It's easy to use and appears to deliver very good results. Only time will tell if it will go from very good to excellent.

Blood pressure readings off 10-20 points

Kept worrying about my wife's blood pressure as it was taken daily and was consistently high. After multiple doctor visits, checked with the doctor and found that the blood pressure monitor was showing readings that were consistently 10-20 points high. Returned unit and bought a blood pressure monitor from and another vendor.

Accurate, Seems sturdy. Have to read the manual constantly

Only 3 buttons, No On/Off. More like Start/Stop. When stopped, (Off?) couldn't change user. Disconnect power or battery and start over. Multi-function if you can remember which buttons to push in which order. Read the manual, AGAIN. No Mac software. What??! Best for one person who uses it often enough to memorize the button sequences or just a quick, accurate reading now and then. Cuff isn't too hard to place.

this product os easy to use

great blood pressure monitor. It is easy to use and had no problems with setting it, Large monitor and the sleeve used to measure your pressure was large enough for my arm with no problem.
