Affordable nicotine. Feed your monkey.
Does what it's supposed to do. Uncoated gum. The texture is a bit odd, but it's no different from other brands of uncoated nicotine gum. The "original flavor" is kind of strange - not exactly good, not exactly bad; sort of a mild 'tropical' taste that's easy to miss. The taste is definitely better than the unflavored uncoated gum. Bottom line is it's affordable nicotine gum; you chew it because you don't want to die from lung cancer, not because you seek pure chewing satisfaction.0 users found this review helpful. - Yes, I recommendHDAWGReviewed 10 years ago

Stops the smoking urge
Especially good this time since I made a mistake and ordered the 4 mg box instead of the 2 mg box. I called and they said it was easily exchangeable at my local CVS, which it was. Thank you.0 users found this review helpful. - Yes, I recommendWMbb123Reviewed 11 years ago
Tastes great !!
The yellow rectangular gum is the best tasting of all. The square ones are the ones without flavor - just drug taste.. Don't listen to the person who complains about the taste (all the reviews were written by the same person, check the verbage and dates).0 users found this review helpful. - zeahReviewed 13 years ago
The new Nicotine Gum is horrible
I hate the new changes done to a great product. I really wish Watson Lab would have consulted the consumers before making this horrible decision to change the formula that we were used to. The flavor is really nasty!0 users found this review helpful. - Yes, I recommendLCDSReviewed 13 years ago
Bring back "original" taste
The taste change is not working - tastes like artificial sweetener. The original flavor was much less offensive - please bring it back or offer it as an alternative.0 users found this review helpful. - Yes, I recommendKevinSReviewed 13 years ago
Watson Laboratories changed the flavor, made it worse.
Watson Laboratories (the manufacturer of this product) changed the formula/flavor of this gum about six months ago. It used to be a neutral, pleasant flavor that did not stick to dental work. Now the gum has a sickly sweet flavor and a yellow color that stains everything it touches including lips, tongue, napkins, etc. It is also much softer now and sticks to dental bondings. When done chewing it MUST BE DISPOSED OF IMMEDIATELY, otherwise it is prone to stick to fabric and it CANNOT be removed. While it is a better value price-wise than Nicorette gum I wish they would bring back the "original" original flavor. As the saying goes, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it".0 users found this review helpful.
