This is the first time I use inserts in my shoes and has not been a comfortable experience. They are still too thick to place in shoes. You definitely need to probably buy a bigger shoe to have it fit correctly. My heels dont bother me as much but the top arch of my foot really hurts by the end of the day.0 users found this review helpful.
