If you have really bad acid reflux, this may actually make it worse because of the mint. I tried this at the suggestion of my PC, and everything is so much worse right now. Tough to find

1 Swig/Night
I take a swig of Gaviscon ES Liquid every night before bed. It calms my stomach and gives me a good night's sleep. My doctor recommended it about 12 years ago when I was complaining of acid reflux and sleeplessness.0 users found this review helpful.
