For use under a physician's supervision. Take 1 capsule, one to three times daily. Take on an empty stomach. If you are at all prone to heartburn, take no less than 1 hour before eating. If you are not prone to heartburn, you can take 15 minutes before eating. Take with just enough cool (not warm) liquid to swallow easily. Do not chew. Store in a cool, dry place.
