These are a great, natural way to help ease all kinds of tummy ailments! Safe enough to take as a maintenance regimen for those with chronic belly issues, and great for the occasional bout of nausea or gas. I even take one when I'm carsick! Great Buy
I've been taking this for help with IBS and it seems to be working. I had been purchasing enteric-coated peppermint oil from a health-food/vitamin specialty store and switched to this when I saw this on the shelf at CVS. In addition to the peppermint oil, it has ginger and fennel oils.
