This stuff is a LIFE SAVER! I get a good night's sleep without feeling like I'm walking around in a fog the next day. It's all natural which, for me, is the icing on the cake. Fast and effective help to fall asleep
One pill taken a half hour before you want to fall asleep is all you need. It helps to make you feel naturally sleepy but you do not wake up with that groggy feeling that most other over the counter sleep aids cause you to have. And you wake up feeling really rested. My son, daughter and I all use this melatonin product to help with the occasional problem of falling to sleep. My friend who only took prescription sleeping pills, until I told her about Nature Made Sleep, now using it exclusively and loves it. I highly recommend trying it. This product also has another ingredient that helps calm your mind, so all those thoughts that keep you awake are relieved. Grammy's Lifesaver!
I've had trouble sleeping for several years and tried a few prescriptions but always felt spacey the following day. I have been the daycare provider for my toddler grandchildren since they were born so needed something that wouldn't make me a zombie the following day. While looking for melatonin I found this so thought I'd try it. I was so impressed I gave some to my sister and we are both converts!
