So far I'm loving my results I'm getting. I've been taking these now for about two weeks. I'm seeing major thicken of my hair much fuller. My face is not breaking out like before. The reason for using this product my hair was thining and shedding a lot. I'm aslo taking the CVS brand Hair,Skin and Nails as well as NeoCell Keratin Hair Volumizer.
